The story of Fabric is interwoven with the story of Castleberry Hill—the 1st great neighborhood of the city of Atlanta’s newly revitalized downtown.

Jerry Miller has been integrally involved in the careful transformation of this historic landmark district, with the development of the Fair-Walker lofts, Peters Street lofts, and the newly-launched Castleberry Point.

Now, for our very first project at Fabric Developers, we will be developing Railside: an historic and edgy gem that may just become the signature Castleberry Hill destination.
